Frequently Asked Questions

When will you be open to the public?

We move into our space October 1st, 2021 and we hope to be open and ready for visitors towards the beginning of November!

Can I drop off a stray at Cats N'At?

We cannot take any cats that do not come in through Just Fur the Love of Cats. To do so would jeopardize the health and well-being of the cats in our care.

Please contact the rescue at justfurtheloveofcats@gmail.com  to see if they can help!

If they are full, they will be able to provide additional information.

What is this place?

Not only are we a dedicated, cage-free environment for adoptable cats but also a place where you can relax and de-stress, attend events, and make some new furry friends.

What can I donate for the cats?

  • Clumping litter

  • Unopened / new toys

  • Unopened / new cat beds

  • New / lightly used cat trees or furniture

  • Unopened cat treats

Can I bring my own cat?

Although we'd love to meet your fur babies, please leave them at home. Our space is dedicated to feline friends who have yet to find their forever home.

Do I have to pay to get into the cat lounge?

Yes. We charge a cover fee to visit the kitties in the lounge. This helps us continue to care for the cats by providing them with food, toys, litter and a safeplace to live.

Where do the cats come from?

All of our adoptable cats are provided by Just Fur the Love of Cats, a rescue based in the North Hills.

All cats provided to us are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped, FeLV/FIV tested, and ready to go to their forever home!

Are kids allowed to visit the cat lounge?

Kids ages 3+ are allowed in the cat lounge any time with adult supervision.

Under 3?

We will hold special events throughout the year to give younger kids the opportunity to visit the cats. These events will focus on educating them on the proper way to greet a kitty, giving them the extra time and attention they will need to do so!
